Lemon Tart from Tartine

  1. haha ~ i didn't know you copied down the recipe! i keep seeing these postings in the blog archive... i guess i'm a little behind on your blog here. i like the fact that tartine uses lemon cream rather than lemon curd (although curd would've been excellent as well) since it makes for a slightly smoother taste and consistency.
